Seminar Description
In this seminar you will learn agile product development basics with its extensive methodology. First, we define what "agility" stands for and the advantages it offers to your project and company. The Agile Manifesto provides us with a number of core principles which we will discuss in detail. From these we derive improvements and optimization techniques for project management.
After this indroduction we go into detail on agile procedural models and frameworks. Above all, these include Scrum and Kanban. In a simulation you and your team will work on a project together and apply what you just learned. This way you will get to know the agile way of working using a practical example. All projects and case studies can be scaled up or down in complexity and time according to your requirements.
During the review you have the opportunity again to ask questions and compare traditional sequential with modern agile approaches. If I could already convince you of the agile way of working, we can now start planning further steps to implement agility in your company.
